The Open Doors Russian Scholarship Project 2025, organised by the Global Universities Association, is an international competition offering foreign applicants the chance to study in Russia tuition-free across four tracks — Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctoral, and Postdoctoral.
About the Program
The Open Doors scholarship competition grants winners the opportunity to study at leading Russian universities under the Government Quota. For Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral tracks winners receive tuition-free study funded by the Russian government. For the Postdoctoral track, winners may receive researcher employment at one of the organising universities.

Eligibility (Track-wise)
