Eligibility
- Must be an Indian national.
- Must be a domicile of Meghalaya.
- Must belong to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) community.
- Must be studying in Class 9 or 10.
- Must be enrolled in a government school or a school recognized by the State/Central Board.
- Annual family income must be less than ₹2,50,000.
