College Board Fee Waiver – Quick FAQs
1. Is the fee waiver applicable for multiple SAT attempts?
Usually, the voucher is for a single registration; check the specific terms on the Buddy4Study dashboard. US-based waivers cover two attempts, but the India program rules may differ slightly by year.
2. Can I use the waiver for SAT Subject Tests?
No, SAT Subject Tests have been discontinued internationally; the waiver applies only to the main SAT (Digital SAT).
3. What if my income is slightly above ₹8 Lakh?
If your income is between ₹8 Lakh and ₹15 Lakh, you can apply for the 50% fee discount voucher instead of 90%.
4. Do I get the scholarship money directly?
No, the full tuition scholarship is a fee waiver provided directly by the university where you enroll; College Board co-funds this with the university.
