About GSK Scholars Programme
The GSK Scholars Programme is a CSR initiative of GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Ltd (GSK Pharma) to support academically meritorious MBBS students from economically weaker sections, promoting STEM education and strengthening India’s healthcare system.
The programme has supported over 300 MBBS scholars to date, providing long-term financial assistance during their medical education journey.
Eligibility Criteria (2025-26)
- Enrolled in first year of MBBS programme at a government medical college.
- Secured minimum 65% marks in Class 12 board examination.
- Annual family income below ₹6,00,000 from all sources.
- Indian nationals only.
- Children of GSK Pharma employees are not eligible.
