- Click ‘Register’ → Fill details
- Dashboard → ‘Students’ → OTR Login
- ‘New user? Register’ → Read terms
- Mobile + Captcha + OTP → Verify
- Fill OTR details → ‘Save & Register’
- Download OTR App → Face authentication
- Get 14-digit OTR number
- ‘Apply for Scholarship’ → Login
- Select CSS → Fill + Submit
OTR App face authentication MANDATORY. Multiple applications = Disqualification.
Required Documents
- Aadhaar Card (or alternatives: Voter ID/PAN/Passport)
- Class 12 Marksheet + Certificate
- Income Certificate (≤ ₹4.5L)
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Disability Certificate (if applicable)
No edits after institute verification. 50% marks + 75% attendance for renewal.
2-Level Verification Process
- Level 1: Institute verification
- Level 2: State Higher Education Dept/Nodal Agency
- Final approval → DBT to bank account
Ragging/indiscipline = Scholarship cancellation.
