Renewal: 60% in Class 10 (55% SC/ST) + first attempt promotion

- Click “Apply For One-Time Registration (OTR)”
- Register → Mobile + OTP → eKYC (Aadhaar mandatory)
- Get 14-digit OTR number
- Use OTR for NMMS application
Aadhaar/EID required. Face authentication needed.

- Login NSP → “Apply for Scholarship”
- Select “NMMSS Scholarship”
- Fill details + upload documents
- Submit → Save Application ID
No fee. State quota based selection.
